There is series debate about whether this should actually be issue #1 in the Lulu and Tubby series. Consider, it was printed a year before #5.

Though, that would then mess up some of the other Lulu and Tubby prints. And, it is not uncommon for Dell to print these things with odd issue numbers on them.

It is hard to know exactly where to put them, categorize them, etc. I guess that is why it is just easier to make sure there is a capable search engine to find them all with.
