Beth and I saw Kick-Ass tonight. It's an entertaining movie. It's kind of at war with itself, with Kick-Ass himself being an good example of "what would it be like if someone really tried to be a super-hero", but then he's sharing the movie with the more fantastical Big Daddy and Hit-Girl. But I don't think that really hurts the movie -- it leads to an interesting clash of two worlds.  And Hit-Girl is adorable and disturbing...
