We saw W. tonight with Scott & Jene. A very interesting movie that doesn't demonize George W. Bush at all, but does (attempt) to show how he became the man he is today, and how he got us into the Iraq War mess by trying to do the right thing. However, the central thesis is that it all comes down to daddy issues, and that seems a little simplistic. I guess when you boil someone's life into a two-hour movie, you gotta pick your theme and stick with it -- but the dream sequence near the end was too much (we got it already!).
