Swing with Shad

Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #387 (December 1972).  A clever visual gag -- until you think about it.  The part of the candy cane that Pluto licked is white, implying that he licked off the red stripes.  But Pluto's red tongue has gained white stripes!  How does that work?   Art by Paul Murry.
