Who is... Scooter?
As you may (or may not) guess from the title of this journal, I'm a fan of DC's 60's comic book Swing With Scooter. An attempt to do something different with the teen-humor genre besides endlessly cloning Archie, it was about a teenage British rocker who retires at the height of his fame to move to Anytown USA and become a normal American teen. The first 15 issues or so are weird wild stuff, well worth tracking down.
So last night I find this great series of posts in Dial B for Blog that explain much better than I could just what Scooter was all about. It's really is very well done. So what are you waiting for? Go read it already:
